To start using this feature, you can add pages from one workspace to another. Here’s how you can do it:
Select the page you want to copy: Start by selecting the page you want to copy. For example, you may choose a page like Meeting Meetings.
Add to workspace: Use the Add to Workspace option to bring the page over to the new workspace. This action creates a link to the original page, meaning the content still resides in the source workspace.
Add to workspace
Select target workspace
Check the link: You will notice that the page in the new workspace is simply a link back to the original page. Changes made to the source page will reflect in the linked version.
One of the key features in Loop is the ability to duplicate linked pages within the same workspace. This step is crucial when you want to create a true copy of a page that can be edited independently of the source page. Here’s how it works:
Duplicate the page: In the new workspace, you can duplicate the linked page. The system will create a copy of the page, maintaining the layout, documents, and tables from the source page.
Duplicate Page
Independence from the original: Once duplicated, the new page is independent of the source page. Any changes made to the duplicate do not affect the original, ensuring that your new workspace remains intact without interfering with the original content.
